PRIVACY POLICY – PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by EU Regulation 2016/679 (commonly known as GDPR, hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), AZIENDA AGRICOLA TENUTA IL MORO DI DAIDONE B. E MANNINO A. S.S. (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”) informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data required to respond to your request for information. The use of your personal data by our authorized personnel will be carried out in accordance with the purposes and methods outlined in this notice.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Providing personal data is optional. However, failure to provide such data may compromise the provision of the requested service.

The personal information collected through the website may be stored and processed in Italy or in any other EU country where THE COMPANY has service relationships (e.g., web hosting providers or email services).

Users have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller (using the form provided by the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, and to be informed of their content and origin, verify their accuracy, or request that such data be completed, updated, or erased (“Right to be Forgotten”).

To exercise these rights, users may contact the Data Controller through any of the provided communication channels.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

THE COMPANY is fully committed to protecting the confidentiality of users’ personal data.

Various security technologies and procedures are employed to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For this reason, personal data are stored on computer systems with limited access, located in controlled facilities. Moreover, when highly confidential data are transmitted online, encryption technologies such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) are used.

In accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the Regulation, THE COMPANY also undertakes to notify, within 72 hours of detection, any issue that may have led to the loss, disclosure, or compromise of collected personal data (Data Breach). This communication will be sent first to the competent Data Protection Authority, and subsequently to the affected individuals, either personally or through a public notice, depending on the scope of the incident.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

THE COMPANY may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When this happens, the “last updated” date at the top of the policy will be revised accordingly.

In the event of significant changes to the content of the policy, users will be notified via homepage notices or direct communications. THE COMPANY encourages users to periodically review this privacy notice to stay informed of how their personal information is being protected.
