The estate spans 150 hectares of organically cultivated land and is located just a few kilometres from Siena. Its strategic position allows for easy access to Tuscany’s most beautiful art cities and enchanting villages, all while offering the peace and quiet of unspoilt nature. A wide range of activities can also be organised directly at the estate.
The property features spacious, bright and functional areas, with communal spaces thoughtfully designed to encourage both relaxation and conviviality. At the same time, the layout of the accommodation ensures privacy and tranquillity.
It is also ideal for groups, accommodating up to 19 guests, with the possibility of adding extra beds.
SHARED SPACES
THE KITCHEN – Housed in an annex on the estate and available for guests’ use, the professional kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances including a professional dishwasher, deep fryer, pasta cooker, meat slicer, coffee machine and stand mixer.
Outside the kitchen, guests will find a wood-fired oven, a large barbecue and a gazebo overlooking a lovely lawn – fully equipped for moments of outdoor relaxation and convivial gatherings.
THE COURTYARD – Close to the swimming pool is a courtyard with an adjacent lawn, featuring games and play equipment suitable for both adults and children.
THE SWIMMING POOL – Elegantly and functionally designed, the pool area blends harmoniously with the natural landscape, creating an intimate and welcoming setting.
It offers the perfect place to cool off during warm summer days and to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere – ideal for relaxing surrounded by nature. The pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace, complete with comfortable loungers and parasols, and offers breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside, dotted with olive trees and cultivated fields.
